Dog feeding visits, We request a working latch or lock on the gate, door , to stop dogs wandering out of the yard and no way to escape the yard via digging. We can feed shy dogs that don’t like to be touched like many cats. Locking the door is cover by our insurance ,however not cover if a door or window is left open or a jar for pets entry. Insurance does not cover any part of a Faulty lock , hinge or door or spring , latch , etc. Locks must be easy to open. Spray locks with oil if hard to open before our visits.

We can text photos if no email reception, usually iPhone will give better reception in remote areas or you can hire or buy a Satellite phone , and tell us the number of the satellite phone which can be used in very remote areas.

Mobile on Roam a must for text message and email. Text and phone calls are important in case of a sick pet, Email only contact can be unreliable in some countries and blocked in some countries. We now have watts app on the work mobile for overseas contact or remote country area , please advise us to use. Watts App if you ate over seas.

Please Respond to at least the First email or text message update, So we know you have received the messages, Otherwise we don’t know if you received them? Especially if you are overseas. If we do not hear from you for 7 days or more while over seas , we will assume you are not receiving emails, As we have no way to know you receive them , if no reply’s. And it is a must your mobile is on Roam for text and phone calls as a pet can become sick and we need to contact you quickly, not waiting hour for a email reply.

By paying and booking and using our services, the Client agrees automatically to pay any Vet consultation fee, test fees which could start from $900.00 to $1,000 or more for Cats or Dogs to determine their health and what may be wrong with them, the Client should be contactable by Mobile phone on Roam, Or via accommodation, land line or mobile or email, So a Vet Hospital or Vet surgery can contact you for payment, If Furry Kids at home pet sitting has to pay if you can not be contacted you automatically agree to paying, Reimburse, Furry kids at home pet sitting for any out of pocket expenses which are Vet related .

Pleas have tidy work area for us so we can see where everything we need is, and Medication to be left away from other human and pet medications and please leave a neatly hand printed note or typed note about medication as last changes can difficult to remember and we will need a email message and text message about last minute changes as well as a note with the food and medication, We usually start. Any medication on the first visit. Some cats and dogs maybe easy for the pet owner to administer the medication, It may be difficult for the Pet Carer.

We can take a pet to the vet if needed. Pets that are very sick or need special care outside of our ability we can not look after them. A Vet Nurse or Vet can look after them. We can only Visit pets in good health.
